Deposit and cancellation policies

The deposit and cancellation policies of Matian Hotel Boutique serve as a reference and apply to both

for our current and potential guests.

The deposit of one (1) night applies at the time of making the reservation, either online or by phone.

If cancellation is made three (3) or more days before arrival there will be no charge.

If cancellation is made less than three (3) days before arrival, as well as early departures

and/or no-shows, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

It is important to read the deposit and cancellation policies that apply to your reservation.
