In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties (the “Law”), and in compliance with the obligation of Matmatian, S.A. de C.V. (“Matian Hotel Boutique”) consisting of protecting the Personal Data of their clients, affiliates and/or beneficiaries of any of the products, services or memberships belonging to “Matian Hotel Boutique” we make of your knowledge the following:

Responsible of the Personal Data

For the effects of the present Privacy Policy, the legal entity responsible of collecting your Personal Data is the legal entity named Matmatian, S.A. de C.V., who will be in charge of the treatment of the Personal Data which is the obtainment, disclosure, storage and use, including any access action, handling, exploitation, transfer or availability of Personal Data (the “Treatment”).

For the purposes that gave rise and are necessary for the relationship, it will be understood that, in case of requesting the right of denial, the Owner accepts that he will not be able to hire some of the products or services provided by “Matian Hotel Boutique”.

  • The affiliated and subsidiary companies.
